Membership Agreement
Welcome to Artisan’s Asylum, Inc., we’re excited you found us! Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. envisions a world enlivened by makers. We imagine a whole society where everyone feels welcome to share their talents and ceaselessly develop their capabilities, contributing to the social, cultural and economic vibrancy of our communities.
Our mission as an inclusive, non-profit community workshop is to advance the learning, practice and culture of do-it-yourself (“DIY”) fabrication. We strive to provide anyone with access to the tools and training necessary to develop creative confidence and build the things they love.
By joining as a member of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc., you agree to support our vision and help us fulfill our mission by upholding the following terms, conditions, and limitations.
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. (“Company” or “A2”), a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation, and the entity or person identified on the signature page of this agreement (“Member” or “Licensee”), hereby agree that the Company will provide to the Member a license to the shared Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. fabrication facilities located at 96 Holton Street and 55 Antwerp Street, Boston, Massachusetts. This Agreement is a Membership & License Agreement and is not a lease or any other form of tenancy agreement. The Company and Member agree as follows:
Orientation & Facility Access
New members must attend and complete the Official Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Member Orientation. The process to attend said Orientation and receive Facility access is as follows:
Members sign up for desired plan
[Prorated] Membership Dues and Key Fob Deposit will be invoiced in Members’ account within 24-48 hours after plan sign up
Members pay full balance of [prorated] Membership Dues and Key Fob Deposit
Members are sent an Events page containing information and the ability to sign up for a New Member Orientation session. Members may also be sent all necessary forms to sign at this time.
Members attend the specific Orientation session they have signed up for. At the end of their session, Members will be asked to sign the Membership Agreement Form and any other necessary documents. Upon signature, Members will receive key fob and subsequent access to Artisan’s Asylum, Inc.
Duration of Agreement & Termination
This Agreement is a Membership and shall commence on today’s date. This Agreement shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, on the 1st of the month. The Member or Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. may terminate this Agreement any time with 30 calendar days advance notice.
Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph and notice period, Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to and use of Company facilities at any time, immediately and without advance notice, if the Member fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement and Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Policies and Procedures.
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. reserves the right to amend the Policies and Procedures and Services Addendum from time-to-time and at its sole discretion. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. will notify Members of any changes to said rules and regulations in writing and prior to such rule changes taking effect.
Upon the termination of this Agreement, Member shall thereafter have no further right to use Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. facilities in any manner and Member shall make no further use of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. other than to remove personal items. All advance fees, if any, shall be justly prorated and returned to Member, along with any deposits, within 30 days of the termination of this agreement. Personal items must be removed from Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. within 15 days of the termination of this agreement, after which period they become property of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc.
Description of Services
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. agrees to provide Member with secured-entry access to non-exclusive, clean, well-maintained manufacturing equipment and workshop facilities, exclusive access to individual workspace if applicable, reasonable electrical power, and wireless internet at Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Said attachments and the Member’s first invoice details the specific workspace(s) to be used by the Member and the corresponding service rates. At no point will one Member or Group of Members obtain more than 400 sq/ft of Studio Space at one time.
Member Obligations
Member shall only use the facilities in accordance with Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Policies and Procedures. The shared facilities shall be kept in a neat, clean and attractive condition at all times. Member will not cause any damage to any part of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc., including unreasonable or inappropriate wear on equipment or damage to the buildings in which Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. is located (“Buildings”). Member shall not disturb the use and enjoyment of the Services by any other Member of the Company or the use and enjoyment of the Building by any occupant of the Buildings. Member shall not use Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. facilities for any inappropriate or unlawful activity including obscenity and use of material protected by intellectual property laws.
Individuals between the ages of 16-18 are permitted to purchase their own individual membership. Individuals between the ages of 12-16 are permitted to have a membership as long as they are under a Family Membership. Individuals under the age of 12 are not permitted to have a membership of any capacity at Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. and are only permitted into the space if they are 1) a guest of a Member and adhere to the Guest Policy and Youth Policy or 2) are participating in Family Workshops, Events or Classes with adult supervision.
If you are a Member between the age of 16-18; you must adhere to the Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Youth Policy on which shops they have access to and can utilize. If you are participating in a Family Membership with [a] Family Member[s] under the age of 18; Family Member[s] under the age of 18 must adhere to the Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Youth Policy on which shops they have access to and can utilize. The Youth Policy can be found by requesting a print out at our Front Desk or here:
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. makes studio spaces available in order to provide accessible resources to artists, makers and creators in the Greater Boston area. Our studios are not intended for storage usage but rather are meant to be active working spaces that members use to bring their inspired ideas to form. If a studio is determined to be utilized primarily as a storage unit instead of an active making space, our Facilities Director will contact you regarding the status of your Studio Rental.
Fees, Payment Terms, Cancellations and Refunds
User agrees to make payments in the amount, form and manner as detailed below. Member’s billing date begins on the date of Membership Plan sign up, will be prorated accordingly and will renew on the 1st of each month. Failure to make monthly payments within 30 days of invoice date will result in Suspension of Nexudus Account and access to Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Facilities and Resources. Access will be reinstated once your account has been in full. If your account is delinquent longer than 90 days, Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this agreement. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. reserves the right to pursue unpaid invoices through a third party debt collection service.
Credit Cards are a preferred form of payment. In addition, we request that for monthly charges, you set up recurring automatic payments via Nexudus. We will continue to accept payments through Paypal through the end of the 2022 calendar year, however, we will move away from accepting Paypal as a form of payment once we enter the 2023 calendar year. Please note that ACH (bank to bank transfers) and Paypal payments are subject to refund terms not to exceed 180 days. Upon purchase, Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All monthly memberships are recurring by default on the first of each month.
No advance notice is required to terminate a Membership Plan. You must provide 30 calendar days notice to terminate a Studio Rental Agreement. Any cancellation that occurs after the first of the month is not eligible for a refund of that month’s membership or rental fee. Cancellations must be submitted through the membership portal or written in an email sent directly to member-services@artisansasylum.com. Verbal or handwritten cancellations are not accepted.
If a membership billing discrepancy has occurred, please notify Member Services (member-services@artisansasylum.com) within 60 days of the error. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. will not refund membership billing errors older than 60 days.
Volunteerism & A Culture of Giving
Artisan’s Asylum Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies strongly on a culture of giving. Being a member of this community means doing your part, whether that be through volunteering time or considering charitable contributions. Artisan’s Asylum intentionally keeps its rates at a level that makes its offerings as accessible to as many people as possible. Revenues generated through membership dues and events cover only a part of the total financial & operating costs to run Artisan’s Asylum; the remainder comes from grants and charitable contributions, and volunteer time. Without the contributions of members, Artisan’s Asylum would not be able to survive.
Key Fobs
Key fobs require a deposit of $15. This $15 will be refunded upon return of key fob to our Front Desk within 30 days after Membership Contract Termination. If you lose your key fob during your Membership at Artisan’s Asylum, Inc., your $15 deposit will be applied to the cost of your replacement and a new $15 deposit will be applied to your account. Defective or broken key fobs will be replaced at no additional cost. This $15 will be kept by Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. in exchange for a lost, stolen or unreturned key fob.
You will be given your key fob only after you have completed your New Member Orientation, paid first month’s rent for your respective [prorated] Membership Plan and paid your Key Fob Deposit.
Risk of Use
Members acknowledge that they are using the facilities at their own free will and decision. Member acknowledges that Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. does not have any liability with respect to Member’s access, participation in, use of the facilities, or any loss resulting from such participation or use.
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors, other Members and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. and such individuals for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, its contractors, employees and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. or the Building. Except for the gross or willful misconduct by the Company, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold the Company and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors, other Members and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member’s use of the facilities and occupancy of the Company. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at Artisan’s Asylum, Inc.
Interruption of Service
Member acknowledges that due to the imperfect nature of electronic communications, electronics and utilities, Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. shall not be responsible for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the failure of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. to furnish any of the Services. The Company will, however, act in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner in working to remedy any flaws in the facilities or equipment, or delays in providing access to the facilities or equipment to the Member.
Relationship of the Parties
Member is not an employee or contractor of the Company. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. has no right to the work produced by Members or guests working at the Company. Members shall maintain all copyrights, patents and any other proprietary rights related to the Member’s works that are created using the facilities.
Partial Invalidity
If any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be invalid or deemed unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected, and each remaining provision shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Waiver
No delay or omission on the part of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. in exercising any right under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of such right or of any other right of the Company, nor shall any waiver of such right or rights on any one occasion be deemed a bar to, or waiver of, the same right or rights on any future occasion. The acceptance by Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. of any payment, or of a sum less than is due, shall not be construed as a waiver of any of the Company’s rights unless such waiver is in writing.
Guests
Guests must be accompanied at all times by the escorting Member. Guests are not permitted to use Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Tools and Equipment. Guests under the age of 18 must adhere to the Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Youth Policy on which shops they can and cannot enter. The Youth Policy can be found by clicking here or requesting a print out at our Front Desk. Guests and their actions are the sole responsibility of the host member.
This Agreement Is Not A Lease And Does Not Create Or Reflect Any Form Of Tenancy Or Interest In Real Property In Favor Of The Member.
This Agreement is subject and subordinate to a lease by and between Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. and the owner of the Building. This Agreement shall terminate simultaneously with the termination of said lease. This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Technology Use Agreement
Technology Use Agreement authorizes Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Members to use technology owned or otherwise provided by Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. as necessary. The use of Artisan’s Asylum technology is a privilege permitted at the organization’s discretion and is subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth in applicable policies, regulations, and this Technology Use Agreement. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. reserves the right to suspend access at any time, without notice, for any reason. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. expects all Members to use technology responsibly in order to avoid potential problems and liability. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. may place reasonable restrictions on the sites, material, and/or information that employees may access through the system. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. makes no guarantee that the functions or services provided by or through the organization will be without defect. In addition, Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. is not responsible for financial obligations arising from unauthorized use of the system.
Definitions
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology includes, but is not limited to, computers, the organization’s computer network including servers, wireless computer networking technology (wi-fi), internet access, cloud-based services, email, computers, tablets, smart devices, phones, or other technology devices, whether accessed on or off site or through organization-owned or personally owned equipment or devices.
Member Obligations and Responsibilities
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. cannot force or mandate respectful and courteous activity by Members online. If you decide to post complaints or criticism, avoid using statements, photographs, video, or audio that reasonably could be viewed as unlawful, slanderous, threatening, or that might constitute unlawful harassment. Examples of such conduct might include defamatory or slanderous posts meant to harm someone’s reputation or posts that could contribute to a hostile work environment. Members are expected to treat other members, staff, volunteers, representatives, and contractors of Artisan’s Asylum with respect, both l=online and offline.
Members are expected to use Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology safely and responsibly. Any incidental personal use of Artisan’s Asylum technology shall not interfere with the organization’s business and operations, the work and productivity of any employee, or the safety and security of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology. Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by a Member as a result of their personal use of technology.
Members are prohibited from using Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology for improper purposes, including, but not limited to, use of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology to:
- Access, post, display, or otherwise use material that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, intimidating, threatening, or disruptive.
- Disclose or in any way cause to be disclosed confidential or sensitive organizational, employee, or volunteer information.
- Engage in unlawful use of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology for political lobbying.
- Infringe on copyright, license, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
- Intentionally disrupt or harm Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology or other organizational operations (such as destroying equipment, placing a virus on computers, adding or removing a computer program without permission, changing settings on shared computers.)
- Install unauthorized software.
- Engage in or promote unethical practices or violate any law or Artisan’s Asylum policy.
Reporting
If a Member becomes aware of any security problem (such as any compromise of the confidentiality of any login or account information) or misuse of Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology, they shall immediately report such information to both the Facilities & Art Director (facilities@artisansasylum.com) and the Member Services Director (member-services@artisansasylum.com).
Consequences for Violation
Violations of the law, policy, or this Technology Use Agreement may result in revocation of a Member’s access to Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. technology and/or discipline, up to and including termination of Membership. In addition, violations of this law, policy, or this agreement may be reported to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
Safety Protocols, Policies And Procedures
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. strives to provide a safe, productive and fun work environment for its members. In light of this mission, we ask you to obey the following policies and procedures for working in our facility. Failure to obey these policies and procedures can make our facilities dangerous or unwelcoming to others, and such actions on your part may result in your license being terminated without advance notice. Please take them seriously. We reserve the right to change these policies and procedures as needed and with sufficient notice to members.
Individual Safety
Obey all posted signs and literature pertaining to safe use of our facilities. These include but are not limited to signs regarding appropriate shop clothing and protective gear, techniques for safe equipment use, material-specific precautions for equipment, and machine tool lockouts. Members are not permitted to use dangerous equipment that have not been officially trained on. For a list of equipment that requires tool training and testing, please visit this link. For those who are trained on dangerous equipment, our strong preference is that you not operate heavy machinery after staffed hours without a partner in the facility; operate it individually at your own risk. Default to asking for help if uncertain.
If you are participating in a Family Membership with [a] Family Member[s] under the age of 18; Family Member[s] under the age of 18 must adhere to the Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Youth Policy on which shops they have access to and can utilize.
Shared Safety
In a shared and open facility like ours, it is possible for less experienced members to operate equipment dangerously without knowing it. Please stay on the lookout for unsafe behavior, and approach and offer feedback to fellow members if you believe they are working unsafely. Please notify staff immediately if you believe any piece of equipment or infrastructure to be unsafe. Please verify the safety of materials that may produce fumes that can travel through shared or other member spaces.
Respectful Behavior
In both in-person and electronic interactions, behave respectfully, courteously, and professionally to your fellow members, volunteers and Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. Staff. No discrimination, harassment, or hate speech shall be tolerated.

If you are licensing space from us, please keep your individual space relatively orderly. Do not enter any individual workspaces that are not yours without explicit permission.

Keep noise levels to a respectful minimum for the comfort and enjoyment of those in the immediate area. No loud music, tool use or other noise will be permitted in the open rental areas without the explicit permission of the members around you. No fumes or flames are permitted in unventilated areas. Restore the shared space(s) to be cleaner than you found it. Please respect and do not interrupt any official Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. activities or classes in the shared spaces.
Presence
Inactivity and lack of physical presence at our community facility can be detrimental to our mission and prevent others from using the space. Please inform us of any extended absences or extenuating circumstances that might prevent you from attending. We expect members to make regular use of our facilities.
Tolerance of Feedback
Please be open to constructive feedback from fellow members, especially as it pertains to safe use of our equipment and disrespectful communication or behavior.
Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy
Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. is dedicated to providing an inclusive and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of people at our events or within our space in any form.
All visitors, staff and members are expected to be aware of federal safety and harassment free workplace guidelines, which are available online and at the front desk. Members are also expected to understand that Artisan’s Asylum, Inc. aspires to be a learning community in which cultivation of a harassment-free environment is a shared and ongoing responsibility.
Harassment includes offensive verbal and electronic comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, and sexual images in public spaces (including online) as well as deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording others in our space as well as sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention in any form. Remember; as individual members of this community, we may carry personal traumas and subsequently may react or be affected by certain situations differently.
People asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Anyone violating this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from the space or the event at the discretion of staff and/or the Board of Directors. If you wish to report harassment anonymously or privately, please send a confidential message explaining the situation to ed@artisansasylum.com.
The first violation of this policy will result in a warning and staff inquiry into the report; depending on the severity of the report, it may also involve temporary suspension of membership until the incident is resolved. A second violation will result in an immediate suspension of membership until Artisan’s Asylum, Inc.’s Safety and Operations Committee has had the opportunity to meet with the offending member to resolve the issue. A third violation will result in immediate and permanent termination of Artisan Asylum membership.

These additional terms govern use of the Internet forum at https://discourse.artisans-collab.org. To use the forum, you must agree to these terms with Artisan’s Asylum, the company that runs the forum.

Important Terms
These terms include a number of important provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, such as the disclaimers in Disclaimers, limits on the company’s liability to you in Limits on Liability, your agreement to cover the company for damages caused by your misuse of the forum in Responsibility for Your Use, and an agreement to arbitrate disputes in Disputes.
Your Permission to Use the Forum
Subject to these terms, the company gives you permission to use the forum. Everyone needs to agree to these terms to use the forum.

Content Standards

Enforcement
The company may investigate and prosecute violations of these terms to the fullest legal extent. The company may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violations of the law and these terms.
The company reserves the right to change, redact, and delete content on the forum for any reason. If you believe someone has submitted content to the forum in violation of these terms, contact us immediately.
Your Account
You must create and log into an account to use some features of the forum.
To create an account, you must provide some information about yourself. If you create an account, you agree to provide, at a minimum, a valid e-mail address, and to keep that address up-to-date. You may close your account at any time by e-mailing sadie@mit.edu.
You agree to be responsible for all action taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you either close your account or notify the company that your account has been compromised. You agree to notify the company immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. You agree to select a secure password for your account, and keep it secret.
The company may restrict, suspend, or close your account on the forum according to its policy for handling copyright-related takedown requests, or if the company reasonably believes that you’ve broken any rule in these terms.
Your Content
Nothing in these terms gives the company any ownership rights in intellectual property that you share with the forum, such as your account information, posts, or other content you submit to the forum. Nothing in these terms gives you any ownership rights in the company’s intellectual property, either.
Between you and the company, you remain solely responsible for content you submit to the forum. You agree not to wrongly imply that content you submit to the forum is sponsored or approved by the company. These terms do not obligate the company to store, maintain, or provide copies of content you submit, and to change it, according to these terms.
Content you submit to the forum belongs to you, and you decide what permission to give others for it. But at a minimum, you license the company to provide content that you submit to the forum to other users of the forum. That special license allows the company to copy, publish, and analyze content you submit to the forum.
When content you submit is removed from the forum, whether by you or by the company, the company’s special license ends when the last copy disappears from the company’s backups, caches, and other systems. Other licenses you apply to content you submit, such as Creative Commons licenses, may continue after your content is removed. Those licenses may give others, or the company itself, the right to share your content through the forum again.
Others who receive content you submit to the forum may violate the terms on which you license your content. You agree that the company will not be liable to you for those violations or their consequences.
Your Responsibility
You agree to indemnify the company from legal claims by others related to your breach of these terms, or breach of these terms by others using your account on the forum. Both you and the company agree to notify the other side of any legal claims for which you might have to indemnify the company as soon as possible. If the company fails to notify you of a legal claim promptly, you won’t have to indemnify the company for damages that you could have defended against or mitigated with prompt notice. You agree to allow the company to control investigation, defense, and settlement of legal claims for which you would have to indemnify the company, and to cooperate with those efforts. The company agrees not to agree to any settlement that admits fault for you or imposes obligations on you without your prior agreement.
Disclaimers
You accept all risk of using the forum and content on the forum. As far as the law allows, the company and its suppliers provide the forum as is, without any warranty whatsoever.
The forum may hyperlink to and integrate forums and services run by others. The company does not make any warranty about services run by others, or content they may provide. Use of services run by others may be governed by other terms between you and the one running service.
Limits on Liability
Neither the company nor its suppliers will be liable to you for breach-of-contract damages their personnel could not have reasonably foreseen when you agreed to these terms.
As far as the law allows, the total liability to you for claims of any kind that are related to the forum or content on the forum will be limited to $50.
Feedback

You agree that the company will be free to act on feedback and suggestions you provide, and that the company won’t have to notify you that your feedback was used, get your permission to use it, or pay you. You agree not to submit feedback or suggestions that you believe might be confidential or proprietary, to you or others.
Termination
Either you or the company may end the agreement written out in these terms at any time. When our agreement ends, your permission to use the forum also ends.
The following provisions survive the end of our agreement: Your Content, Feedback, Your Responsibility, Disclaimers, Limits on Liability, and General Terms.
Disputes
Massachusetts general laws will govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum.
You and the company agree to seek injunctions related to these terms only in state or federal court in Boston, MA. Neither you nor the company will object to jurisdiction, forum, or venue in those courts.
Other than to seek an injunction or for claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, you and the company will resolve any dispute by binding American Arbitration Association arbitration. Arbitration will follow the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. Arbitration will happen in Boston, MA. You will settle any dispute as an individual, and not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding, whether as the plaintiff or a class member. No arbitrator will consolidate any dispute with any other arbitration without the company’s permission.
Any arbitration award will include costs of the arbitration, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and reasonable costs for witnesses. You and the company may enter arbitration awards in any court with jurisdiction.
General Terms
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable as written, but could be changed to make it enforceable, that provision should be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Otherwise, that provision should be removed.
You may not assign your agreement with the company. The company may assign your agreement to any affiliate of the company, any other company that obtains control of the company, or any other company that buys assets of the company related to the forum. Any attempted assignment against these terms has no legal effect.
Neither the exercise of any right under this Agreement, nor waiver of any breach of this Agreement, waives any other breach of this Agreement.
These terms embody all the terms of agreement between you and the company about use of the forum. These terms entirely replace any other agreements about your use of the forum, written or not.

Once you get notice of an update to these terms, you must agree to the new terms in order to keep using the forum.
